Biography
Dr. Wang Qinghe is currently a post-doctoral fellow at the Department of Physics, The University of Hong Kong, working with Prof. Francis Ling on defects engineering in semiconductor devices. He received his Ph.D. degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from HKU in August 2025 under the supervision of Prof. P. T. Lai and Prof. Han Wang, where he studied the gate screening effects in TFTs with high-k gate dielectrics.
