MSc(Eng)(ICES) Programme
The Master of Science in Engineering (Integrated Circuits and Electronic Systems), MSc(Eng)(ICES), is a full-time taught postgraduate programme jointly supported by HKU EEE and CASIC. It is designed for students who want advanced training in semiconductor technologies, integrated circuit design, and modern electronic systems.

Overview
Integrated circuits and electronic systems are foundational to communication, healthcare, transportation, and energy technologies. MSc(Eng)(ICES) builds strong fundamentals and practical capability in areas such as advanced semiconductor devices, analogue and digital design techniques, mixed-signal ICs, computing and memory systems, and computer architecture.
The programme combines coursework with experiential learning so students can apply theory to real design and system-level challenges in semiconductor and electronics industries.

Entrance Requirements
